Day 1 of vacation-
We left home and headed north. We made a stop in Lufkin for breakfast. Marc also had to buy new shoes because he left his at home...of course it was MY fault. Then we got back in the car and kept driving and driving....Texas is BIG! We stretched our legs at the Arkansas welcome center and Marc took over driving. We finally made it to Crater of Diamonds State Park. It was HOT! We dug for diamonds for as long as we could stand it. Hannah stripped herself and Caleb moaned. We found quartz, jasper, and sandstone. We drowned ourselves in water and left. It was a really fun and neat experience!
Joshua had a blast digging.
This was before Hannah took off her shirt.
Samantha had fun too.
