Day 65

Today I took Josh to the movies. We left early so we could go see the Waterway in the daylight. Josh thought it was ok. He did like walking along the Riverwalk area. He saw some fish and turtles. The pics today are from there. One of him looking at a turtle, in front of the fountains, and then in the movie theater.

Day 64

You thought I forgot didn't you??? Actually, I was about to go to bed when I remembered I hadn't updated. LOL I didn't forget the pics. In fact I am having a hard time deciding...big shock right? So we all know that Hannah loves her "Osh". Today she was really attatched to him. She wanted him to hold her and carry her around. So, I have a pic of that. (His face is not dirty, it is what is left of having his face painted) The other picture is of Hannah in the nursery at Houston Project. She is singing and dancing to Natalie Grant's I Will Not Be Moved.

Day 62

Today was the kick-off for Houston Project. It was fun. I am working in the nursery this year. My first time serving with babies. I miss the youth, but with Hannah still so young the baby room makes more sense. I have lots of pics. Hannah's shirt was way too big, so I modified it a little. She was so cute....until she dug into the sand...then the duck pond. I am not sure why I don't have any pics of Josh.

Day 61

I was going to have a nothing picture. This is what we had for dinner tonight. It was really good. After dinner Marc and I went to the movies. After the movie was over we walked over to Waterway Square. It was just at 11:00, so everything was shutting off. It looks really cool though. A great place to take the kids too. You will have to excuse the off center picture, but my arm is only so long. ;)

Day 60

*edited to add 2 more pics.

Happy Independence Day! I figure I will get some early pics in and then later see about some from tonight. The first picture is from lunch. Hannah must have been pretty tired. She is always ready to eat! The next one is after Meema brought over some different veggies for the next few days. The kids were very curious about a few of them...well Caleb was about all of them, but we know he isn't going to eat any. LOL

So for the last 4 1/2 years any time Caleb hears fireworks, he freaks. There have been times where he sat on my lap and his whole body would just shake. (BTW, Hannah has no fears!) I was not surprised when he stayed in the house with his fingers in his ears and looked out the window. He did come out eventually. That will be the first picture. The amazingly he wanted to do some. Luckily there were still sparklers left.....check him out! He was having a ball.

Day 59

Today Josh and Samantha went to see Wall-E with Grandpa and Mimi. We met them for lunch after the movie. Samantha was pouting because she wanted to spend a lot more time with them. All was well after lunch when we went for ice cream.

Day 57

Today was a fun day. After we forked over some money for our a/c repair we headed out to the Texas Children's for Josh's appt. It went well. After the appointment we got on the light rail to go to the Museum. It was really cool. The kids really like it a lot more than last year. I got lots of good pics. After the Museum we went across the street to eat dinner. There is a HUGE hill that I remember log rolling down as a kid. The kids did it. Hannah saw them running up and decided to try. Josh came and helped her. She started walking a little too fast on the way down and did end up doing a log roll. LOL I do have lots of pictures today. I took over 40, but will not post that many. I will post one of Caleb in front on the dinosaurs. Hannah pointing to the dinos. Hannah screaming while Josh and Samantha happily pose infront on some scary looking thing. Josh, Samantha, and Caleb checking out a Mammoth skeleton. Caleb pushing a button and Hannah not so sure about what the button does. Then I will put various hill pictures and our walk back to the rail station. I also HAVE to include some of Hannah and her Josh!
